Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing DevGo24. To protect your rights, we have established the following refund policy. We operate on a results-oriented basis and promise refunds for service failures caused by our technical issues.

2. Publishing Service Refunds

Full Refund Eligibility:

For "VIP Publishing Package" customers, if the app fails to be published on Google Play or App Store within the agreed period (usually 15-30 business days) due to code association, environment issues, or metadata we provided, we will refund 100% of the service fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Rejection due to severe violations in the client-provided app content (e.g., malicious billing, fraud code, IP infringement).
  • The client unilaterally requests termination after the service has commenced.
  • Removal or ban after successful publishing caused by client's subsequent operations (e.g., fake reviews, integrating prohibited SDKs).

3. Developer Account Warranty

All Google Play and Apple developer accounts sold come with the following warranty:

48-Hour Warranty Period

Within 48 hours of delivery, if the account is banned or restricted without publishing any apps, we offer a free replacement or full refund.

Warranty Void

Warranty is void immediately if the client modifies key security info (recovery email, phone) or uploads an app package, which constitutes acceptance.

4. Signing & Technical Services

iOS Enterprise, Super, and TF Signing services are virtual goods. Once a certificate is generated or a UDID added, irreversible costs are incurred. Therefore, signing services are non-refundable once activated. In case of revocation, we provide free re-signing according to your plan terms.

5. Process & Timeline

  1. Submit Request: Contact your dedicated support agent or email refund@devgo24.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. Review: We will verify within 1-3 business days. For technical failures, we will first issue a technical diagnostic report.
  3. Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 3 business days. USDT payments are refunded in the original amount (excluding Gas fees).
