1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and DevGo24 ("we," "us") regarding your use of our app publishing, signing, and related technical services. By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Registration and trading of Google Play & App Store developer accounts.
• App publishing services (including code obfuscation, packaging, metadata optimization).
• iOS Enterprise, Super Signature, and TestFlight distribution services.
• ASO keyword optimization and traffic growth consultation.

Note: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the service, you agree to:

• Ensure all submitted app content complies with local laws and Google/Apple developer policies.
• Strictly prohibit uploading content containing malware, viruses, pornography, violence, or infringing on third-party IP rights.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account and keep your credentials secure.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Payment

All service fees must be prepaid. We accept USDT (TRC20/ERC20) cryptocurrency and select fiat channels.

4.2 Refunds

• Publishing Failure: For VIP packages with a "Publishing Guarantee," we will provide a full refund if publishing fails due to our technical reasons.
• Account Warranty: Developer accounts banned within 48 hours of delivery (and before publishing) will be replaced free of charge; bans after this period or due to user error are non-refundable.
• Other Services: Once service execution has begun (e.g., signature issued, code obfuscated), no refunds will be granted.

5. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive to ensure availability and success rates, we make no absolute guarantees regarding app store (Google Play/App Store) policy changes, algorithm updates, or review outcomes. We are not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure or third-party platforms.

6. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. If we find that you have violated this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access without notice. Upon termination, data stored in the service may be permanently deleted.
